CBF at the Seattle Boat Show
January 24, 2013 | by Peter Schrappen
It’s that time again when the boating world gets together in Seattle for the annual Seattle Boat Show. Of course, we will be there, too (Booth #408 at the CenturyLink location). New for us this year are the number of Leadership Clean and Clean Boatyards. Also, we will have more stuff to raffle off: non-copper bottom paint and non-zinc anodes.
On top of all this fun, we’ve added several elements geared towards the wee-little ones. Specifically, we are encouraging kids to bring their drawings and hand-built boats from the Kids AquaZone to our booth to be photographed and published on our website. Plus, we will hang up the pictures in the booth for the public to marvel at.
That’s not all. Each day after the Show, one of the pictures will be featured on the Clean Boating Foundation website. Okay, almost done here. When the kids bring by their masterpieces, they will be given a complimentary edition of Scully, the Sailor Dog (while supplies last there). How cool is that? Come by and see us!
